These Terms set out the legal agreement between you and Spring Rise Physio Clinic Limited (Company Registration No. 10548587), trading as Spring Rise Physio Clinic, registered in England and Wales, with its principal place of business at 183 Ipswich Road, Colchester, England, CO4 0EL (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or booking a service or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By using our website you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the site with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. Our products and services are available to residents of the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
All physiotherapy, sports massage, and other clinical appointments must be booked in advance either online, by telephone, or by email. Booking confirmations will be sent to the email address you provide.
The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any treatment programme. Our clinicians provide tailored advice during sessions, not through the website.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, may be charged the full session fee at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to staff illness or unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative slot.
Payment for clinical appointments is due at the time of the appointment unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept payment by card, bank transfer, or other methods as indicated at the time of booking. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
If you are attending under a private health insurance policy or GP referral, it is your responsibility to confirm your eligibility and obtain any required authorisation from your insurer before your appointment. We accept no liability for treatment costs not covered by your insurer.
We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions are entirely accurate, complete, or error-free. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may vary from the actual product.
By placing an order through our shop, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. Prices are correct at the time of display. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing your order.
Payment is required at the time of ordering or, where a payment link is sent, within the timeframe stated. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment processor. We do not store card details on our servers.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. Standard delivery is expected within 5 business days of dispatch. Delivery is available within the United Kingdom only unless otherwise agreed. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods (your “cooling-off period”). To exercise this right, contact us at info@springrisephysio.net within this period. Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unopened condition within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details and, where possible, photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.
All orders are subject to product availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you and offer either an alternative or a full refund.
4.1 You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the site.
